Klenora Cleaning Inc. provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services across Calgary. Our team follows standardized checklists tailored to your facility needs to ensure audit-ready results. Clients are expected to provide reasonable access and highlight any specific areas requiring sensitive care.

Operation Logistics

Scheduling & Arrivals

We utilize digital scheduling to ensure punctuality. While we strive for exact arrival times, a 30-minute window is requested for residential services to account for Calgary traffic conditions. Commercial cleaning shifts are executed according to the strict facility access hours defined in your service agreement.

Client Rights

Cancellations & Payments

Cancellations must be requested 24 hours in advance to avoid a service fee. Invoices are issued upon job completion and are payable via electronic transfer or credit card. We maintain transparent pricing with no hidden costs, ensuring you always know the value of your cleaning investment.

Liability & Insurance

Coverage & Limits

Klenora Cleaning Inc. maintains comprehensive insurance coverage to ensure full protection for our Canadian residential and commercial clients. Our commitment to risk mitigation includes:
• $5,000,000 General Liability Insurance: Extensive coverage for third-party property damage and bodily injury.
• WCB Alberta Compliance: Active and good-standing status with Workers' Compensation Board of Alberta for all personnel.
• Bonded Personnel: All team members are fully bonded and have cleared comprehensive RCMP background checks.

Limitations of Liability

While we take every precaution, Klenora Cleaning Inc. is not liable for damage resulting from normal wear and tear, pre-existing structural defects, or improper installation of fixtures. Clients are responsible for securing or removing fragile items, high-value collectibles, and cash prior to scheduled services. Our liability for any single incident is capped at the total value of the service provided or the specific insurance deductible, whichever is applicable under Canadian law.

Incident Reporting

Any claim for damage or loss must be reported to Klenora Cleaning Inc. within 24 hours of completion of the service. We reserve the right to inspect the damage and attempt a professional repair or restoration before a replacement claim is processed. Failure to report incidents within this timeframe may void eligibility for insurance claims.
